Modalities of Court-to-Court Communication

The Judicial Insolvency Network (“JIN”) has published a set of modalities for court-to-court communication in insolvency proceedings (available under Initiatives). Titled the Modalities of Court-to-Court Communication (the “Modalities”), they supplement the Guidelines for Communication and Cooperation between Courts in Cross-Border Insolvency Matters (also known as the JIN Guidelines) which the JIN issued in October 2016.
