The Bahamas adopts the JIN Guidelines

In December 2023, the Chief Justice of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas issued a practice direction approving the use and adoption of the JIN Guidelines for Communication and Cooperation between Courts in Cross-Border Insolvency Matters.
