The Supreme Court of British Columbia adopts the JIN Guidelines

On 11 February 2020, the Supreme Court of British Columbia adopted the JIN Guidelines in all cross-border actions requiring court-to-court communications including, but not limited to, insolvency and family proceedings, PD-57 of its civil practice directions, which can be found here.
